Welcome to the 2017 gardening season! We're excited to get started. Join us for our first Garden Work day on Saturday, May 6, at 10am.
In the meantime, join our Facebook group
and join in (or start) a discussion. The Facebook group will be the quickest way to see updated information on events and garden happenings. But we realize that not everyone uses Facebook, so we'll also post event info here and directly on the red kiosk at the garden.
Waite Park Community Garden Stroll
Saturday, September 17, 4-6 pm
Where: Waite Park Community Garden
How can you use all that zucchini gardens produce? At this years’ Garden Stroll event at the Waite Park Community Garden, taste and vote on dish ideas prepared by gardeners. Community Gardeners will prepare recipes which features zucchini, and bring samples to share with the public and a panel of community-members judges.
There will also be garden tours, children’s activities and even a Pokémon Go Poke Stop!
